摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dye-sensitized photoelectric conversion element module which can be made thinner and lighter and has no restriction of materials of a counter electrode and moreover which has power generation performance equivalent to that of a dye-sensitized solar cell module of Z-shaped structure, and provide its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The dye-sensitized photoelectric conversion element module is composed of a dye-sensitized semiconductor layer 3, a porous insulative layer 4 and a counter electrode 5 laminated in this order on a transparent conductive layer 2 formed on a transparent substrate 1. The counter electrode 5 is formed of foil made of metal or alloy having catalyst layer on one surface on a side of the porous insulative layer 4 or of foil made of a material having a catalyst function. In a portion between neighboring two dye-sensitized photoelectric conversion elements, the transparent conductive layer 2 of the one dye-sensitized photoelectric conversion element is electrically connected with the counter electrode 5 of the other dye-sensitized photoelectric conversion element each other. An electrolyte is impregnated into the dye-sensitized conductor layer 3 and the porous insulative layer 4.
