<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system 100 capable of improving heat exchange efficiency during warming-up even if an air pump 50 and a water pump 60 are coaxially connected with each other. <P>SOLUTION: A back-pressure valve 55 for adjusting circulation of air in a fuel cell 1 is provided.
