<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink cartridge packaging body for a writing implement in which there exists no possibility of generating ink leakage caused by the separation of a stopper, resulting in an opened ink cartridge, when the ink cartridge of the type in which ink is stored directly and an opening is sealed with the stopper is sold in a suspended position. <P>SOLUTION: The ink cartridge packaging body 1 contains the ink cartridge 6 storing ink 9 directly and seals its opening 72 by the stopper 8 and attachable to or detachable from the body of a writing implement. The packaging body 1 includes a suspending header 3, and a bag-shaped section 4 containing the ink cartridge 6 between back and front films so that the opening 72 of the ink cartridge 6 is oriented upward.
