<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positive electrode structure of a dye-sensitized solar cell capable of maintaining a positive electrode potential by lowering charge movement resistance and improving conductivity, and to provide a manufacturing method thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The positive electrode 10 is provided with a substrate 11, a first conductive film 12 formed on one face 11a of the substrate 11, and a catalyst conductor layer 13. Glass particles 14 are scattered on one face 12a of the first conductive film 12.
