<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent the occurrence of heat scratch in an easy and simple manner without degrading productivity when manufacturing a cold-rolled steel sheet by applying cold rolling using a cold tandem mill having a plurality of stands to a material to be rolled. <P>SOLUTION: The temperatures of a material 6 to be rolled when applying the cold rolling with respective stand 1-5 to the material 6 on the basis of a draft schedule (the rolling load, the roll gap and the rolling speed of each stand 1-5) are predicted before starting the cold rolling. When a temperature exceeding the critical temperature at which the heat scratch occurs among the predicted temperatures of the material 6 to be rolled is present, the rolling speed of the draft schedule is corrected by lowering the temperature to the rolling speed at which all the predicted temperatures of the material 6 to be rolled at respective stand are equal to or below the critical temperature of the occurrence of the heat scratch, the cold rolling is started according to the corrected rolling speed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
