<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet head which can be manufactured easily while saving the material cost and the machining cost, and to provide its manufacturing process. <P>SOLUTION: The inkjet head 26 comprises a first piezoelectric substrate (first substrate) 43 having a plurality of first grooves 46 formed in one side thereof, and ink supply passages 56 connected with a plurality of the first grooves 46 and opening to the other side thereof, a second piezoelectric substrate (second substrate) 44 bonded to the first piezoelectric substrate 43 and having a plurality of second grooves 48 constituting ink chambers 49 on the side adhering to the first piezoelectric substrate 43 in conjunction with the first grooves 46, and driving electrodes 65 formed on the sidewall of the first and second grooves 46 and 48. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
