发明名称 DIFFERENT METAL JOINED BODY AND ITS MANUFACTURING PROCESS
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a different metal joined body having a joined part having high shearing strength and peeling strength while having an intermetallic compound. SOLUTION: The different metal joined body is formed by joining an aluminum-based metallic material 20. and a ferrous metallic material 10 coated with zinc in at least part of its surface. An alloy layer 40 composed of solid solution of zinc and aluminum is intervened into the boundary between the ferrous metallic material 10, and the aluminum-based metallic material 20. Further, the zinc is deposited in the alloy layer 40. The intermetallic compound 23 composed of the atoms of two or more kinds selected from the group consisting of iron, aluminum, and zinc are dispersed into the alloy layer 40. The rapid heating and cooling effect to the metallic material to be joined can be obtained by such combination of the laser irradiation and the roller pressurization contact.
