PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device and a method therefor capable of obtaining a moving image in which displacement between frames is corrected and a blur within a frame is also reduced. SOLUTION: An imaging device 10 detects the amount of displacement between frames continuously photographed. The device has an operation part 16 which composes images in the present frame and the previous frame if the detected amount of displacement is larger than the predetermined threshold, and by raising a composition ratio of an image with a clear edge, the blur in the frame can be reduced.
