PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low power source driving technique which is applied for a liquid crystal driver with respect to the low power source driver. SOLUTION: A timing control digital circuit combines different digital signals, a source driver bias circuit for dynamic adjustment can adjust a bias current of the source driver every block by the combination of the digital signals, at the same time, the output of gamma voltage level and the power consumption can be lowered and, in accordance with increase of the number of blocks of the bias current, the power consumption can be further lowered.
