PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly attach a planetary pinion to a carrier with simple structure in a planetary pinion attachment device. SOLUTION: The carrier 1 is set in a positioning centering part 17, and a long pinion assembly W1 is inserted to an attachment position of the carrier 1 while maintaining concentricity of a long planetary pinion 3 and a washer 15 by an insertion tool 43 including a centering part having a substantially V shape in planar view. A guide pin 27 is projected to adjust the concentricity of shaft holes 9, 10 of the carrier 1 and the long pinion assembly W1, and a pointed end 28 of the guide pin 27 is fitted in a centering hole 38 of a pinion shaft 4A floatingly supported by a shaft holder 35 to adjust the concentricity. In this state, by press-fitting the pinion shaft 4A in the shaft holes 9, 10, the long pinion assembly W1 can be smoothly attached to the carrier 1. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
