PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate type adhesive having a small change with time, capable of suppressing substantially the migration to an object to be adhered. SOLUTION: The laminate type adhesive is structured so that a plurality of adhesive layers are formed on a support in lamination, whereby the object to be adhered and the support are affixed together by putting one adhesive layer in contact with the object to be adhered, and the other adhesive layer in touch with the support, and is embodied in a hot melt type, in which the layer in contact with the object to be adhered contains; (I) an acrylic block copolymer consisting of a polymer block A originating from a methacrylic acid derivative and a polymer block B1 originating from an acrylic acid derivative and (II) an acrylic polymer consisting of a low molecular weight polymer which contains a polymer B2 originating from acrylic acid derivative and whose weight-averaged molecular weight ranges between 1000-10000.
