PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin molded article which hardly causes deformation in a first member even when integrally molding a second member so as to surround the first member having an opening hole, and to provide a display device provided with the synthetic resin molded article. SOLUTION: A cover member 4 (synthetic resin molded article) is composed of a shielding part 20 (first member) having first and second opening holes 18, 19 and a light guide member 21 (second member) integrally molded so as to surround the shielding part 20, wherein a slit 27 is disposed on a light guide 21 spot facing the second opening hole 19.
