PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing/drying machine capable of maintaining a stable drying operation without emitting moisture. SOLUTION: This washing/drying machine which is disposed with a heat pump in a lower part of a washing tub to pass circulation air returning from the washing tub to the heat pump is provided with a cooling part in a duct extending in a vertical direction, wherein the cooling part downward passes the cooling water along a substantially vertical wall face facing a duct for circulating air in the air flow direction and has a cooling water downflow area expansion member provided in a cooling water downflow area. The cooling part is provided on the downstream side of lint (washing waste). The cooling water whose heat is exchanged with circulation air through a heat exchange plate is joined with drain water of an evaporator to cool refrigerant from a condenser to immediately before an expansion mechanism.
