<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an innovative adsorbent for selectively separating-refining carbon dioxide as well as acidic gas such as SOx, NOx, or the like contained in exhaust gas emitted from plants, automobiles, etc., or in air and a separating-refining method of carbon dioxide and acidic gas using the same. <P>SOLUTION: Carbon dioxide, acidic gas such as SOx or NOx, or a supercritical fluid containing these gases is brought into contact with an adsorbent consisting of an ionic liquid of an amide type or imidazole-based cation or a polymer material containing the ionic liquid in combination with an inorganic material or an organic material to physically adsorb the gas in the adsorbent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
