PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescent display panel having a structure in which a stress load to an organic electroluminescent element is controlled when it is bent. SOLUTION: The organic electroluminescent display panel has a structure in which a rigid supporting base material 21, a light emitting portion 22 where an organic electroluminescent element exists, and a flexible portion 23 of a lower rigidity than the light emitting portion 22 are arranged. The organic electroluminescent element is pinched by flexible panel supporting layers (a lower panel supporting layer 18, an upper panel supporting layer 19) facing each other. The rigid supporting base material 21 is formed between at least one surface of the organic electroluminescent element and the flexible panel supporting layer (the lower panel supporting layer 18).
