PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking locking device easily transportable since the weight is small, increased in strength, and usable even in a toll parking. SOLUTION: The parking locking device 10 includes: a base frame 11 having a pair of side frames 12, 12; and a lock body 20 swingable between a lock position and a standby position relative to the base frame 11. The lock body 20 includes a pressing mechanism 40 for pressing the bottom surface of the body of a vehicle, and connected to gas springs 35 supported on the respective side frames 12, 12 to tilt the lock body 20 upward by the biasing force of the gas spring 35. A hydraulic circuit 30 is disposed in a rear frame to which the pair of side frames 12, 12 are connected to lock the lock body 20 at the lock position and the standby position.
