<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress leakage of a neutralizer at the time of a fuel cell system transportation. <P>SOLUTION: This is the fuel cell system which includes a fuel cell 52 to generate power by using a fuel gas and an oxidizer gas, a recovered water tank 55 to store water recovered from at least either one of an exhaust fuel gas and an exhaust oxidizer gas discharged from the fuel cell 52, and a neutralization tank 57 having a neutralizer in order to neutralize water discharged from the recovered water tank 55, while the neutralization tank 57 has a water inlet 56 in order to take in water discharged from the recovered water tank 57, and an outlet 58 to discharge water inside the neutralization tank 57 to the exterior.
