PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink that gives an image having satisfactory scratch resistance and water resistance and does not suffer from lowering of alkali resistance in the case that the ink is reserved for long periods when it contains a resin comprising at least an alkyl acrylate copolymerized thereinto as a monomer.

SOLUTION: The inkjet ink comprises a pigment, a resin comprising at least an alkyl acrylate copolymerized thereinto as a monomer, and a water-soluble organic solvent comprising the first and second water-soluble organic solvents. The content of the first water-soluble organic solvent having a specific dielectric constant and a specific dipole moment is at least 10.0 mass% and the content of the second water-soluble organic solvent which is a water-soluble organic solvent other than the first one is at least 3.0 mass% and less than 10.0 mass%.
