<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video correction device, a video correction method and a video correction program, which can properly correct digital noise. <P>SOLUTION: The device and method of the invention can correct the digital noise by noise correction amount information according to a digital noise generation amount, and can properly correct the digital noise in the way because the digital noise generation amount of the digital noise included in a video signal can be estimated from a bit rate of coded video data by correcting the digital noise included in the video signal based on noise correction amount information. A video signal is created by decoding of the coded video data which are made by compressing and coding of a television program, a bit rate of the coded video data is obtained, and the noise amount correction information is obtained according to the obtained bit rate from a hard disk drive which stores the noise correction amount information for correction of the digital noise corresponding to the bit rate in the coded video data after the compression and coding. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
