PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose the purchase of a sales product requested by a general consumer while grasping what attribute is associated with scarce sales products.

SOLUTION: A data processor 100 is configured to: store product registration data configured of a plurality of product attribute data for each sales product; store consumer registration data configured of a plurality of consumer attribute data for each general consumer; obtain product registration data corresponding to the consumer registration data each time a sales task is executed; create the sales history of the sales product for each general consumer from the obtained product registration data; extract product attribute data on the basis of the plurality of product registration data of the created sales history; to detect product registration data in which the extracted product attribute data are registered among the product registration data whose sales histories are not created; and to output the extracted product attribute data as insufficient product data when the product registration data in which the extracted product attribute data are registered are not stored.
