摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microarray measuring in which the time between the start of reaction and the start of measurement can be made shorter than before when following the change with time of the reaction generated on a microarray substrate. <P>SOLUTION: In the apparatus, infrared rays from a light-emitting element (8) irradiates a microarray substrate (6) disposed on a tray (5); the infrared rays passing through the microarray substrate (6) are received by a light receiving element (9); the amount of infrared rays received by the light receiving element (9) is observed and the reaction start time is predetermined by a received light amount measuring unit (17); if the reaction start time is predetermined, the tray (5) is moved to a measurement chamber (4) by a tray drive control part (18); and the imaging timing of an image sensor (2) that images the microarray substrate from a signal output by the received light amount measuring unit (17) is controlled by an image sensor control part (19) and the change with time of the reaction is followed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p>
