PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize a storage space formed at the bottom of a seat to store the other seat when the seat is not stored. SOLUTION: A seat structure of a vehicle keeps on a floor F of a vehicle a second seat 20 and a third seat 30 being a seating part. The third seat 30 keeps a storage space 34 allowing the second seat 20 to be stored in a folded posture formed in a space with the floor F. A storage box 10 covering the storage space 34 with respect to the outside is formed in a forming part of the storage space 34 and provided with an opening/closing lid 15.
