PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information apparatus capable of performing processing for reducing congestions both at a caller side and a callee side. SOLUTION: In the information apparatus 101, a congestion information acquisition section 2 acquires a congestion in an area to which one mobile unit belongs and congestion information in an area to which another mobile unit belongs, and a determination section 4 obtains whether a communication connection of the one mobile unit and the other mobile unit is easy or not based on the respective congestions. Therefore, easiness of the communication connection based on the congestion information of both the mobile units at a caller side and a callee side on a communication network can be obtained. Accordingly, in accordance with easiness of the communication connection, processing for relaxing congestions both at the caller side and the callee side can be performed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
