PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more effectively use an electrical device which is frequently installed at a location crowded with people. SOLUTION: A multifunction device 1 obtains voice data from a voice spoken by a user by a voice recognition part 17 and obtains image data from a document by a scanner, on receiving information regarding the occurrence of disasters by a communication part 18 and provides the user charge free with a service as a contact means for transmitting these data to the outside via a communication circuit 200.
