PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving support apparatus capable of contributing to the prevention of an accident attributable to ambiguous sign of an occupant in a vehicle in information transmission between vehicles. SOLUTION: The driving support apparatus is provided with a will transmission means for transmitting a will of progress permission from a first prior vehicle to a non-prior vehicle which is a right-turn vehicle of a lane opposed to the first prior vehicle which is a straight-forwarding vehicle, and the driving support apparatus is further provided with a detection means for detecting a second prior vehicle whose course intersects the course of the non-prior vehicle and an inhibition means for inhibiting the transmission of the progress permission will from the will transmission means to the non-prior vehicle. When the second prior vehicle whose course intersects the course of the non-prior vehicle even when a driver of the first prior vehicle inputs the transmission of the progress permission will, the transmission of the progress permission will is inhibited, so that the driving support apparatus can contribute to the prevention of the accident attributable to ambiguous sign of the occupant in the vehicle between the non-prior vehicle and the second prior vehicle.
