PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight thin spun-like woven fabric having spun-like appearance and feeling by using a composite loop yarn of fine fineness. SOLUTION: The spun-like woven fabric is provided by using, as one or both of warp and weft, a composite loop yarn having≤70 dtex fineness,≥100/m number of loops having≥0.1 mm but <0.5 mm loop length, a sheath core two layer structure treated to have practically continuous interlace and the sheath fiber fineness not less than the core fiber fineness, and has≤70 g/m<SP>2</SP>basis weight.
