<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply embossing without changing a communication characteristic such as directivity even as materializing a broadband. <P>SOLUTION: In a non-contact type IC card 100 wherein writing and/or reading of information is performed to an IC chip 110 by an electric wave system, an antenna part 120 is formed on a base material 130, and an inlet 101 mounted with the IC chip 110 such that the IC chip 110 is connected to the antenna part 120 is sandwiched by surface sheets 103a, 103b.
