<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve conventional problems caused by a suction nozzle directly pressed on chips from the tip of a vibratory feeder during vibration for suction, i.e. it is impossible for the chips to follow at a high speed, it is difficult to maintain stable transfer because of an unexpected change, and a change trouble occurs owing to difficulty in adjusting the splice position of a receipt stage and a supply stage when the stages are provided. <P>SOLUTION: In a chip pickup means which picks up and supplies chips from the frontmost to a device for a next process by the suction of a suction nozzle at the tip of a vibratory feeder, the direct chip pickup means of the feeder is so set that the frontmost chip t at the tip 2 of the feeder 1 and the suction nozzle 3 are relatively positioned with a predetermined space G between. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
