<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device capable of supporting the creation of sentences according to the result of emotion analysis in electronic sentences, such as electronic mails, and voice information of call parties. <P>SOLUTION: An emotion analysis section 10 analyzes emotion based on the contents of a received mail; a control section 5 determines the order of display for displaying the selection candidates of character strings or images according to the emotion analysis result of the emotion analysis section 10; and a display section 6 displays the selection candidates of the character strings or images according to the order of display determined by the control section 5. Also, the emotion analysis result of the received mails is recorded in an address book 9, and words, pictorial symbols, and images suitable for a transmission destination are displayed preferentially according to the emotion analysis result recorded for the address concerned when creating a new mail, thus creating a sentence matching the atmosphere of the destination. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
