<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive process and apparatus to manufacture a heat insulation pack for the heat insulation for vehicles having a good heat insulation effect. <P>SOLUTION: Provided are a process and a device for producing a laminate of foils 9 from embossed foil webs 5e, 5f, 5g, and 5h. At least two foil webs 5a, 5b, 5c and 5d superposed one another are embossed together, are conveyed along different conveying routes W, W1, W2, W3 and are subsequently combined into a laminate 9. Neighboring embossed foil webs 5e, 5f, 5g and 5h are laminated in a mutually offset manner each other, as a result of the different conveying routes W, W1, W2 and W3. A particularly advantageous configuration of the embossing rolls 1a and 1b produces foil webs which have protuberances with a drape-like structure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
