摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for measuring an infrared spectrum, capable of preventing an infrared absorption spectrum from varying, even when the measurement position of a sample is displaced in respective measurements, and bent state of an infrared optical fiber extending from a measuring body is varied. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus for measuring the infrared spectrum, which comprises the measurement body and the infrared optical fiber having an inlet and an outlet connecting to the measurement body, supplies an infrared beam from the main body to the inlet of the infrared optical fiber, introduces it to a sample contacting with the infrared optical fiber, brings an infrared beam affected by the sample to enter the measurement body through the outlet of the infrared optical fiber and measures the spectrum of the sample. In the apparatus for measuring the infrared spectrum, the measurement body comprises an infrared spectrum measuring means; a line deriving means for deriving an approximate line from a wave number area of the spectrum which is measured by the infrared spectrum measuring means and can be approximated to lines; and subtracting means for subtracting the approximate line from the spectrum of the sample measured by the infrared spectrum measuring means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p>
