PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus, an image forming method and a program for controlling reuse of a document. SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus prepares and stores the document which is electronic data by regarding an original as an input. It includes a reuse control information preparing means 212 for preparing reuse control information by using condition information to specify the image forming apparatus with regard to the reuse of the document and a marking information preparing means 216 for preparing marking information by merging the reuse control information including the condition information into conditional information for accessing attribute information and the document used in the case of printing the document.
