PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus, an image processing method and an image processing program which enable simplification of function customization, expansion or the like. SOLUTION: By applying a software architecture based on a concept called pipe & filter to an image processing apparatus, the function customization, expansion and so on can be simplified. In the image processing apparatus, since filters are combined based on a description table having combinations of the filters described therein to form a job, the function expansion can be further simplified.
