PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building of which the degree of damage can be highly accurately determined. SOLUTION: When a wall 10 of the building 1 is vibrated by an earthquake etc., it is possible to measure displacements of a pillar 11 by a displacement measuring device 30 and display measurement results outside the wall 10 by a display part 40. Even in the case that the displacements of the pillar 11 are small at the vibration, it is therefore possible for a determining person to verify the displacements of the pillar 11 without performing complicated measuring work from the outside of the wall 10 and highly accurately determine the state of damage of the building 1.
