PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchange module capable of preventing damage of a core part due to interference of a cooling fan to the core part of a heat exchanger. SOLUTION: A fan shroud 30 is provided with a regulating protrusion part 36 protruding between the core part 11 of a radiator 10 and an expanding part 532 of a ring part 53 of the cooling fan 50 from an outer circumference side toward a rotary shaft side of the cooling fan 50.
