PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high pressure liquefied gas storing/vaporizing device not requiring resident personnel such as a safety foreman during hours when demand drops while operating a gas-using facility all throughout the night. SOLUTION: This high pressure liquefied gas storing/vaporizing device includes: a gas storage tank 202; a gas supply path 210; a pressure maintaining mechanism 230 constantly maintaining pressure inside of the gas storage tank; an extraction path opening/closing part 222 opening/closing an extraction path extracting high pressure liquefied gas and supplying it to the pressure maintaining mechanism 230; an abnormality detection part 250; and an alarm part 260 announcing an alarm to the inside of the facility and/or a remote location when abnormality is detected. The extraction path opening/closing part closes the extraction path during predetermined hours to thereby stop the returning of vaporized gas to the gas storage tank, and the alarm part announces the alarm to at least the remote location when the abnormality detection part detects abnormality during stopping of extraction.
