PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone job system capable of suppressing a call from being developed to a complaint from a speaking partner because of dealing of an operator in a call holding state, by setting a time limit of a call holding time for each speaking partner and enabling an attention about the time limit to be called for the operator. SOLUTION: A telephone job system comprises: a call holding time measuring means 2 for measuring a call holding time which passes in a call holding state; a time limit calculating means 1 for calculating one or more time limits in the call holding time corresponding to speaking partners; and a notification means 8 for notifying an operator about passage information for the one or more time limits in the call holding state on the basis of a result of comparing the call holding time with the time limit.
