PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute control for correcting rotation dispersion between cylinders without an interference with vibration damping control, in a drive control device for a diesel engine vehicle executing drive output control for pitch-bounce vibration damping control for the vehicle. SOLUTION: This drive control device includes: a vibration damping control part for performing pitch-bounce vibration damping control by controlling drive torque of an engine; a control part for correction between the cylinders which suppresses rotation dispersion between the cylinders during steady traveling of the vehicle; and a determination part for determining whether or not the vehicle is in the steady traveling state. When a PM regeneration mode or an S regeneration mode is executed in the vehicle or the vehicle is driven at a specific gear change stage, whether or not the vehicle is in the steady traveling state is determined and a wheel torque compensation component is reduced for vibration damping control.
