PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust heat recovering device, in which good-quality dry steam of a high drying degree can be taken from an engine body. SOLUTION: The exhaust heat recovering device 1 is provided with an exhaust manifold part 11 integrally formed with a cylinder head 5, and provided with an exhaust passage 11a in which exhaust of an engine 2 flows, a head side water jacket 13 formed around the exhaust manifold part 11, a power covering machine 21 to recover exhaust heat of the engine 2 through steam flowing from the water jacket 13, and a condenser 22 to return the steam passing the power recovering machine 21 to liquid phase.
