PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil lubricating device capable of suppressing aggravation of exhaust emissions resulting from oil dilution. SOLUTION: The oil lubricating device (40) is provided with: an oil pump (50) for delivering the oil to a part to be lubricated of an engine (10); an oil pan (60) for storing the oil discharged; an oil tank (70) for storing the oil; and a piping part (120) constituted so as to switch between the inflow of the oil stored in the oil pan to the oil pump and the inflow of the oil stored in the oil tank to the oil pump, and to allow the oil stored in the oil pan to flow into the oil tank when the oil stored in the oil tank flows into the oil pump.
