PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet for a floor excelling in decorative sheet winding aptitude, transparency and flaw resistance without damaging a contacted material more than necessary. SOLUTION: A decorative material for the floor is formed by providing a thermoplastic resin base material containing polyolefinic resin as a main agent, a pattern layer, a transparent thermoplastic resin layer and a surface protective layer at least in this order, wherein a scale-like quartz glass filler with a grain diameter of 0.1 to 2μm is added in the surface protective layer at 0.1 to 30 pts.wt. to 100 pts.wt. of resin which is a main agent of the surface protective layer.
