PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide adjusting device capable of steplessly adjusting an angle of a slat, by operating even the heavy slat made of glass by small operation force. SOLUTION: This slide operation device has a vertically movable shaft member 10 connected to an operation object member such as the slat, a guide member 9 inclined in the longitudinal direction of the shaft member 10, a lock member 13 having a lock hole having a larger diameter than the shaft member 10 and penetrating the shaft member through the lock hole, an elastic member 14 energizing so as to bite in the shaft member 10 by inclining the lock member 13, a slider 12 having an action part being a fulcrum for inclining the lock member 13 and slidingly moving along the guide member 9 in a state of penetrating the shaft member 10 and the guide member 9, and a sliding piece 11 having a releasing part for releasing biting-in to the shaft member 10 of the lock member 13 by abutting on the lock member 13 and abutting on the slider 12 and moving along the shaft member 10 by penetrating the shaft member 10.
