PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of constructing a heat insulation foundation while supporting an anchor bolt for a hole down joint metal at a correct location and in a correct position. SOLUTION: According to the method, both heat insulation materials (3, 4) are arranged such that both upper surfaces (3u, 4u) thereof assume a horizontal position, and a positioning member 80 is temporarily fixed to the upper surfaces (3u, 4u). Then the anchor bolt 70 is inserted sideways from sideway insertion ports (83, 87) of engaging grooves (82, 85) of both plate portions (81, 85) of the positioning member, and pressed and fixed to recesses (84a, 88a) of bent portions (84, 88), respectively, followed by pouring concrete. Thereafter the positioning member 80 is disengaged from the anchor bolt 70, and moved sideways as appropriate, followed by detaching the same from the anchor bolt 70. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
