PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the fall-out of a stick-like object from a case even if an impact, a vibration or the like is applied thereto and an external operation is added thereto, by feeding and retracting the stick-like object without any trouble. SOLUTION: This stick-like object extrusion case 100 includes a stick-like object M loaded in a filling member 1, and is so formed that a case front part 1 and a case rear part 3 rotatable relative to the case front part 1 are relatively rotated in one direction to expose the stick-like object M from an opening part 1a of a case tip end 1 and, when both are relatively rotated in the other direction, a moving body 6 is retracted, wherein the case has a piston-like extrusion part 7 positioned at the end of the moving body and sliding closely fitted to the inside of the filling member 1, the stick-like object M is closely fitted and loaded in the filling member 1, sealing agent 1000 is interposed between the stick-like object M and the extrusion part 7 and, when the moving body is retracted, the stick-like object M is pulled back in the filling member 1 with the extrusion part 7 and the stick-like object M closely fitted in the filling member 1 via the sealing agent 100, by the application of a sucking operation due to the retraction of the extrusion part 7.
