<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extraction aid for sparkling drink which is low in cost and capable of effectively frothing the sparkling drink. <P>SOLUTION: An extraction aid 1 is provided at an extraction section of a sparkling drink, such as a beer-filled bottle 3 at a position of a crown 2. The extraction aid 1 serves to enhance the frothing action at the time of extracting the sparkling drink in the bottle 3 into a container, such as a cup. A position 3a is the tip of the bottle 3. The extraction aid 1 is provided with a mesh on the end edge surface of a hollow cylindrical tube having such an inner diameter so as to be joined to the tip 3a of the bottle 3.
