PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a side mirror capable of enhancing the degree of versatility of selecting the fitting position thereof with respect to a front cowl. SOLUTION: The side mirror comprises a fitting seat to be fitted to a front cowl to cover a front part of a motorcycle body, a mirror stay with its base part being turnably supported by the fitting seat, and a mirror provided on a fore end of the mirror stay. The fitting seat comprises a base part 41a having a shape extending in one direction, and fitted to the front cowl, and a supporting part provided on the base part 41a to support a base part of the mirror stay so that the extending direction Dp of a turnable shaft of the mirror stay is diagonal with respect to the longitudinal direction DL of the base part.
