PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance waveform improving performance by securing a sufficient boosting ratio, and to achieves circuit scale reduction and simplified control, in a circuit constitution using a switching circuit of a two-element system. SOLUTION: A three-phase rectifier 10A which supplies a direct current to a load 22 using three-phase AC power supply 21 as an input includes: a diode rectifying circuit 34 having diodes D1 to D6; an AC reactor circuit 33 having three AC reactors L4 to L6; a switching circuit 35 having switching elements Q1, Q2; a capacitor circuit 32 having three capacitors C1 to C3; and one capacitor C4 for smoothing.
