GREEN DISPERSION, ALKALI-SOLUBLE GREEN PHOTOSENSITIVE COMPOSITION, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THOSE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispersive green dispersion and an alkali-soluble green photosensitive composition having good dispersion stability and capable of forming a green colored layer of a high-luminance and high-contrast color filter, and a color filter having a high-luminance and high-contrast green colored layer. SOLUTION: The green dispersion is obtained by mixing a halogenated zinc phthalocyanine pigment (A), a nickel complex pigment of an azo compound (B) and an organic solvent to prepare a preliminary dispersion in which dispersed particles have an average particle diameter of 10-100 nm, and bringing the preliminary dispersion into high-pressure impact dispersion under a pressure of 50-300 MPa. The alkali-soluble green photosensitive composition uses the green dispersion. The color filter uses the composition. Methods for producing those are also provided. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
