摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bridge construction method using a cantilever method, in which construction of side span parts of bridge beams can be economically conducted in a short construction period in spite of a steep topography of a construction site. SOLUTION: For construction of a side span part 10B, a part for a specific length from an end surface of the side span part 10B on the side of an abutment 14 is prefabricated using a bracket type support while conducting cantilever erection by use of a movable work vehicle 50. A connection beam 70 is then provided on an upper surface of a prefabricated part 10B2, with an fall prevention structure 72 provided on a base end part, the prefabricated part 10B2 is suspended and supported by the connecting beam 70, and the bracket type support is removed in this state. After that, the movable work vehicle 50 is run forward to a position between an cantilever erection part 10B1 and the prefabricated part 10B2 where an uncompleted connection part 10B3 can be constructed. Then a frame 52 suspended and supported by the movable work vehicle 50 is changed to the connection beam 70, and the uncompleted connection part 10B3 is constructed in this state.
