PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of torsion in a beam, improve yield strength of a beam joint part, and prevent the occurrence of step being likely to occur in the beam joint part. SOLUTION: This beam joint structure joins a web 1a of own beam 1 and a web 2a of a beam 2 to be joined mutually through the joint hardware 3 and joins a lower side face of an upper flange 1b of own beam 1 and a lower side face of an upper flange 2b of the beam 2 to be joined mutually when joining an end part of own beam 1 made of H-steel with the beam 2 to be joined made of H-steel by crossing it orthogonally in a steel structure house. The joint hardware 3 has a web joint part 3c composed of an own beam web joint piece 3a and a beam to be joined web joint piece 3b and formed into an L-shape and an upper flange joint part 3i composed of an own beam upper flange joint piece 3g and a member to be joined upper flange joint piece 3h formed by bending an upper part extended above the own beam web joint piece 3a constituting the web joint part 3c in the same direction as that of the beam to be joined web joint piece 3b.
